ACCESS STATEMENT

Garrison House Apartment is set on two levels and has ground floor access from both levels. The lower ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen/living room with a separate utility room where there is also a toilet and basin. There are open tread wooden stairs leading up to the ground floor where there are two en-suite bedrooms.  

Garrison House Apartment is perfect for two couples or a family of four. Well behaved dogs are accepted by arrangement.

We regret that smoking within the apartment and grounds is not permitted.

 

 

 

 

 
The smaller of the two bedrooms (opposite) has a 5' double bed and a small en-suite shower and toilet, whilst the larger bedroom has a 6' double bed (which can be made into a twin) and an adjoining bathroom with bath, overhead shower and toilet. Please advise us if you require the larger bedroom to be set up as a twin.

Relax in our secluded garden which is available to apartment guests. Enjoy the wonderful view from the deck which has seating and a table. Please be aware that the garden is steeply terraced and not suitable for children's ball games.
