The Apartment is in an elevated position within the historic Garrison walls with stunning panoramic sea views across to the harbour and off-islands.

Situated just a 150 metre walk from the shops, restaurants and quay, your 'holiday retreat' is convenient for Hugh Town, yet also offers both peace and tranquility.

Garrison House was built in the 1700's; amongst its uses was as an infantry barracks and a rocket store associated with Star Castle. In the late 19th century it became home to coastguards and their families. More recently it has undergone renovations providing both a family home and a high standard fully self contained guest accommodation with it's own private access. There is good separation and sound proofing between the Apartment and the owner's residence.

Garrison House Apartment is set on two levels and has ground floor access from both levels. The lower ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/living room with a separate utility room where there is also a toilet and basin. There are open tread wooden stairs leading up to the ground floor where there are two en-suite bedrooms.
ABOUT
There are two large ensuite bedrooms. One has a 5' king bed with en-suite shower and toilet, whilst the other has a 6' super king bed (which can be made into a twin), an adjoining bathroom with bath, overhead power shower and toilet.
Relax in our secluded garden which is dedicated for guests' use. Enjoy the wonderful view from the deck which has seating, a table and gas BBQ. There is also a small patio for that odd cup of coffee!
Please be aware that the garden is steeply terraced and not suitable for children's ball games.
